Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Madelise Palace Hotel & Spa in the heart of Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that beautifully melded comfort with authentic cultural charm. the spacious air-conditioned room offered a soothing retreat after a day of exploring local crafts, phở stalls, and small street eateries just steps away. One of the standout features was the remarkable attentiveness of the staff, especially Hana, who effortlessly accommodated my requests and turned each need into a pleasure. the room was well-appointed with a minibar and a flat-screen TV, making it a serene place to unwind, even if the lack of natural light was a slight downside. With the weekend night market around the corner and an impressive selection of nearby restaurants and shops, the location could not have been better. As a tour guide, I often emphasize the importance of location, and Madelise truly hits the mark by immersing guests in the local culture. the construction of the rooftop bar is certainly something to look forward to; I can only imagine the stunning views and ambiance it will offer when completed. Madelise Palace Hotel & Spa is a charming hideaway for travelers seeking both comfort and immersion in Hanoi’s rich heritage, and I eagerly anticipate returning to experience the rooftop setting once it's finished.
